Never got back to me to answer if picking me up from airport until the day before I flew in.
Bedding filthy
food under rated wrong order sent to my room then charged for two room service
some staff they pretend they don’t understand when your making a compliant.

The property is in need of some tlc. Linens definitely need replacing. Breakfast is below average.

Two of the most amazing floor staff Abi and Ketut made us feel so welcome to Bali and treated us like we were friends that hadn’t seen each other in ages. I can not thank these two wonderful guys enough. If it wasn’t for these guys we probably would have moved on,
management/ front off house could improve extensively.
I would return only because of certain people.

Travelled July 2019. Value for money was good and staff were amazing. The drains smelled so bad in the bathroom we had to sleep with the exhaust fan on. The pool was average too. Pool bar was a win but as the buildings wrap around the pool it was often in the shade and always cold. Only a few deck chairs too with very little room to walk around them. There were many tourist groups coming here during our stay. Always people in large numbers in the lobby and restaurant. The restaurant was not well stocked either. Perhaps because of the large volume of people but that should be catered for. The cutlery on the tables hardly replaced, every day we had to looking for knifes and forks. Juice dispenser frequently empty too. Great place to stay if you just need somewhere clean and a bed, don't stay if your wanting to spend much time at the hotel/pool.
