Comfy, clean and quiet! Parking onsite is a bit high but the adjacent parking lot, 1 block from hotel just past hotel parking was convenient and significantly less expensive. (7$ vs $35) It felt safe walking around to dinner and to a concert at a nearby theater.

The sink was somewhat clogged. It took a while to fully drain. I called the front desk to ask about a later checkout and the rude lady said they could only allow 30 extra minutes. When we went to check out the same lady seemed like she was in a hurry and barely spoke to me.

Good location with easy walking access to downtown and Old Knoxville. Convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. The Locust Street Garage is maybe a 2-3 minute walk and costs a max of $7 per night for parking. I parked after 5 each night and paid $1-2 which was much cheaper than the $35-38 per night to park at the hotel.

This is an older hotel, but well-maintained. Our 2-Queen room was very small, esp for 3 people, but fine for one night. Bathroom was small too. All staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again.
