Valet was less than satisfactory, and only one out of three elevators were working. Stayed on 12th floor and I walk with a cane so stairs were not an option for me.

Although the building is not new, rooms were super clean and the customer service was excellent. Hotel is very convenient and within walking distance of all events

Never stayed in such a poor room in a Hilton before. The most expensive hotel too, prices doubled for graduation ! Poor lighting, no side table or lamp one 1 side of the bed. Got the handicap shower because of recent knee replacement, but the shower was mildewed! Work out room next to ours, loud weights dropping! Furniture old and haphazardly placed in our room! Very unhappy! Thought we were getting a really nice place to rest and relax during breaks in wedding festivities, sorely disappointed!! One elevator out of service with very long waits in very hot hallways. Will not splurge for a supposedly nice Hilton again!
