The facility needs a water bottle filling station(s) in addition to the small water dispenser in the workout facility. We were very sad the pool was closed when we got there. We drove for 13 hours and were very excited to relax in the pool. There was a strong smell of majarauna in our room and almost asked for a different space but it faded over time. Paying for parking was a surprise.

Comfy beds, good view, quiet and convenient location. Starbucks there and good crepe place around the corner. Parking was annoying. $35 per night and they want you to park, come into the hotel to pay and then go back out to your car to put a tag in the window to make sure it’s not towed. A little annoying to have to go back out to the dirty garage after a long day of traveling.

Lobby was nice but rooms very outdated, a bit run down. Not what we typically expect of a Hilton property. Beds were awful. One bed in our room offered a smaller/double bed mattress on a larger sized frame, so pieces of the frame were exposed - sticking out on the side & we kept running into them by accident. We all checked out with bruises on our ankles or calves. Location was very convenient. Close to UT and close to Market Square area…both within walking distance.

This was the perfect reintegration after running amok in the woods. The shower was delightful, staff helpful, the corner room on a top floor left for stunning views. Should I return to the area, I will stay here. Bonus points for walking distance to the theater and art museum

We made the mistake of booking an executive suite for our family of 4. It was a stop on a road trip so we didn’t get in until very late. There were no sheets for the pull-out. The bathtub was a very slow drain. The sheets were not soft; not Hilton quality you would expect. Room was clean, but a little outdated. Lobby was nice. Staff was friendly.
