Has all new appliances, LVP flooring, very clean ans modern. Nice yard for our dog but if you have a little dog make sure to watch it outside (we do see a coyote) smelling our dogs scent. Dale and unit were perfect for our stay, we do drive into city most days. Ate at recommended bbq!
