We stayed at this hotel because I got a good deal on the price and it had a hot tub! The pool and hot tub were in good condition and very enjoyable. The room was a typical size and layout for this type of hotel, but it was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The breakfast was exceptional, and the outdoor landscaping added a peacefulness to the stay. One of my better hotel experiences!

When I checked in they did not inform me my reservation would be changed from a king roon to a double queen. We had to go to the room and find out. Then went to front desk and asked about it, there was no apology. Then the bathroom was dirty, it looked like it had not been swept or mopped in several days. The breakfast offered was burning as we were leaving. We could smell the smoke from 3rd floor. So breakfast was not an option. Normally we love this hotel but it is not the same.

It was good until the morning of check out. I had breakfast, came back to my room and they decide to replace the floors above my room. It was so loud I had to check out early. Couldn’t get a nap in for something I paid for. I asked if they scheduled the maintenance, manager said yes, well if you knew it was scheduled, why didn’t you move me. Ridiculous. A hotel is for comfort and peace.
