The property is showing its age and could use a facelift. It was clean and service was good. The front desk called and informed me that I had left my debit card in the restaurant. My phone was ringing as I was getting back to my room. Well done. And it made my whole experience. Thank you.

We stay at this property a lot when flying out of MCI. Staff was friendly, as usually, and transport to and from the airport was efficient and on time, as usual. We were, however, disappointed that we were not made aware of the construction going on with the restaurant/bar. Had we known about it we would have been prepared to possibly east elsewhere. They restaurant was still open but seating was very limited and there were long waits to get in.
