I like how friendly the maids are not the front desk workers! Room floor was dirty and stained you could smell that room needs to be thoroughly cleaned! My kids and family were so stuffed up in that room since we got there! Is why we had to move.

The room was fine. The gentleman at the front desk that checked me in was super friendly and nice. Really my only issue was that I paid more for my dog deposit to stay with me than I actually paid for the room itself.

Will not return

Room was spacious and clean but there were problems. Toilet didn't flush. After two calls and a second visit to the desk I moved rooms. Room was cold and the themostat didn't respond when changed. Water temoerature was lukewarm. Breakfast a joke. Prepackaged items on cheap paper plates. Parking lot needed work.

Great place ,great price ,great location

Clean rooms , comfortable bed , highly recommend. Although , There was a baby in the next room that was crying for quiet awhile , but then again what baby dont cry. We will definitely be back!!

Solid hotel met basic-needs for an overnight stay

The hotel is very close to the KC stadiums and easy on/off access to the interstate. The check in process was smooth and welcoming with a nice, updated lobby. The room had dated fixtures and tattered carpet, but it was clean and met our needs. The bed was surprisingly comfy: no lumps, sags, or broken springs - it was solidly firm. The morning breakfast was dismal. I've come to learn that the continental breakfast of the 90s and 2000s are notions far gone. The pastries were not pre-packaged and dried out. There wasn't fresh fruit. No hot items to select from beside the waffle maker. I suppose I've been accustomed to the breakfast one gets from Drury or Holiday Inn. We opted to go to Chez Elle in KC for breakfast - SO AMAZING!!! The weirdest thing though is that entry to most rooms/elevator is on the back of the building. The parking lot layout and general user friendliness of that was odd enough for me to comment about it here (but it certainly did not take away from our overall experience). If you are looking for a basic-needs rest for the night, give this hotel a try.

The hotel did its purpose. Great location if you are visiting Arrowhead as it is literally next to it. Parking on site was very convenient. The night concierge was nice and made our check-in a smooth process. Morning concierge was very curt with her responses and seemed annoyed when we checked out. Overall it was an okay stay.
