I've stayed here before but this room was much smaller. It is a very nice hotel with many conveniences although the coffee shop was not open when posted. It is connected to many shops and the link system allows for indoor walking to adjoining hotels and shops. Everything closes earlier than I would have preferred though.

Good hotel in crown plaza

Good hotel to stay at in downtown next to crown center. Very crowded due to the nfl playoff game, but to be expected. Food and drinks are very expensive, and the food choices are all a lot of gluten free and vegan weird stuff, but overall a good stay.

Beautiful hotel, especially during the holiday season! Very convenient to a lot of attractions. Only downside is that the picture shows there is a balcony however the door was sealed shut so we could not use the actual balcony.
