Room was cold when arrived, thankfully the heat did work once turned on. Shower had hair in the tub and an old used bar of soap left in the shower. Hotel is run down and not very clean. It was an 8 min drive to Arrowhead stadium which was convenient but wouldn’t stay here again.

Nearly lost my job, because of a unplowed lot.

My work is demands that i am available during all types weather and when a winter storm comes into the area. On this occasion, i stayed two nights waiting out the storm to make a few blocks to my place of employment. I got up early to clean off my car to travel to work when i noticed that the parking lot wasn't cleaned as expected. Resulting in me being last for work, which affected my employment. Hours when by before i was able to speak with the management about my concern and I i felt that they didnt care if i was about to lose my job.

Facility needs updgrades, especially for the price they charge. When we arrived we had to wait over 20 minutes for a room because we were told our room was given away so they had to get a different room ready for us. Breakfast left much to be desired.

Felt gross. Bathroom door didn't latch, so I couldn't lock it! Paint stains on carpet... yet the whole place felt like it needed a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast server was lazy and inattentive - on her phone most of the time in the dinning room.
