I'm spreading the word of this place like the Disciples spread the word of Yeshua. This place has gone through a huge transformation since i last stayed. They have new maintenance crew members who are working their ass off making this place look and run great. The staff is so friendly! They went above and beyond for my daughter and I. I will be staying at this hotel every time I'm in the Kansas City area! They absolutely made a repeat customer out of me.

Even though I had prepaid via expedia , I was charged an additional $10 in cash as a penalty for using expedia. Expedia said it was an error on their part for not listing that as part of the amount? They should have refunded. Room was nice but short on pillows, blankets and toilet paper.

The customer service sucked ass. There were people slamming doors late at night the person at the front desk acted like he didn’t care when I called and complained about the noise kids were banging their head against the wall outside my door and when I called the guy told me sir that isn’t ur room when I had paid for the room it became my room had to get room keys made 3 different times had to call him several times bc of noise and other issues and he then got an attitude with me. I will never book a room with them every again

The room was spacious but the bedding is old and have tears on it. There were toilet paper in there as the property managers appeared to hoard it and give it to you only when you ask for it. An older lady came down to get toilet papers when I was about to check in and I had to do the same. Contrary to what was advertised, the room does not have a microwave and fridge. They brought a small fridge after I asked for it. There were no tissue paper though they have a placeholder for it. The bathroom tub is rusty and paint peels were all over. It was disgusting! However the hotel is well placed in a good and accessible location
