The room that we got was absolutely not the room that was advertised. The walls had wood paneling and there was maybe one photo on the wall. The door barely locked and there was three pillows. We purchased a king size bed and it was definitely not a king size bed at all. Overall the experience was not great. Upon arrival there was police and EMT there. As we were leaving there was a lady climbing out of the laundry room window with a bunch of laundry in garbage bags. I contacted Expedia for a refund and got nowhere. Do not book this room.

Economical choice for a road trip. I booked because they advertised a free shuttle to Union Station, but at check in, we were told they haven't had the shuttle in 3 years. We booked a non-smoking room, and it smelled like marijuana was coming in through the bathroom vent. We had to keep the bathroom door closed, and it got a little better. The outside door we entered did not close and anyone could walk in. Other than that, it was clean, staff was courteous and it was a reasonably quiet place in an ok (convenient) neighborhood. Fortunately we were able to find free parking downtown so the shuttle was not an issue.

You walk in and a whiff of cigarettes will just hit you in the face, the rooms were neat but as for cleanliness I’m not so sure the carpets look like they are in long over due of replacements, their bathrooms had spider webs in them, the walls either had holes or stains, the extra chair in the room was broken, they have no kind of amenities whatsoever other than free coffee but even than you have to travel to California and back for just a cup. Staff will come knocking on your door before 11am to remind you of check out. These guys do not play around when it comes down to their prices (overly priced in my opinion for the condition of their rooms, and limited to no amenities) nor their check out time.

This is where the pan handlers stay. Lots of homeless in the area. Staff was very dismissive behind their bulletproof glass. The entire property was filthy. Comforter was discusting & old. This place needs to be bulldozed.
