I did make mistake booking it for wrong date, but staff was not helpful at all. They said tey only have one room at double price. We went to nearby Holiday Inn and got good deal at the reception. That Best Western is good hotel, but I'll never stay there again.

We have stayed here twice, before and after a trip to Norway for a cruise. Free airport shuttle is wonderful, and the shuttle bus drivers are very friendly. Staff at this hotel seem to like their jobs and that is nice to see. Restaurant is convenient and has very good food.

The restaurant was excellent and had delicious gluten free options. The water in the shower was lukewarm both days with limited water pressure. The hotel environment was welcoming and professional. Checkin was a breeze.
