The property will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $450.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. You will also have to submit pictures of photo IDs (e.g., driver's license, passport, etc.) for ALL adults on the reservation, as this is a requirement of the complex you'll be staying at.

Note: the pet fee ($150 + taxes & fees) is PER PET up to Maximum of 3 allowed pet(s)!

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
