It was fine, However, the transport to the airport driver was only there to drive, no talking and not helpful, wasn’t greeted or asked to help with bag. Also the lady at the front desk said I could leave later to get transport and u am glad I didn’t listen as it would have been tight if I took her advice

We wanted a double queen room and the room they gave us was a king single. The lady at the front desk was very nice but almost didn’t believe me that it was a single bed room. The hallways were very humid and hot, the room was nice but needed detail cleaning and had visible wear in a lot of areas. All four of us did not sleep well, tossing and turning on the beds all night. There was only two towels and no place to put the soap in the shower.

The major issues with this stay was that they never seemed to have more than 2 luggage carts in the lobby, so I had to wait on checking in and upon leaving to get my luggage. There are no bellmen, that I saw. Also, the pool closes at 11pm...that's fine, but since it's literally the only outdoor seating in a hotel with zero balcony rooms, that means you can't sit anywhere outside after 11pm. That's just plain stupid.

The property was ok, but when you think of "Crown Plaza" you would expect more. Carpet in hallway was extremely dirty, only one elevator worked, no microwave in the room, no ice machine on each floor, no luggage carts available, toilets are very low and needs to be up higher and I think it's ridiculous to have to pay to park when you are a guest. We stayed 2 nights, and I called down to the front desk and requested cleaned towels and the desk clerk stated that housekeeping was putting towels out as we speak and I never received any clean towels.

Corrine got us set up with early check-in despite the business of people checking out. Location made it easy to get to from cruiseline, shopping, food, and sightseeing. Dunner was reasonably priced and staff was helpful and friendly

It was the right price ($127) for the need. You can tell that it USED TO be a pretty nice hotel, & that they've been remodeling & "upgrading" as slowly as possible & with the cheapest materials possible. They SHOULD update their in-room phones, in room amenities, & their hours of availability for food/coffee especially - no coffee after 11:00 a.m.!!? What? They should place some room service menus IN the rooms, & perhaps some writing paper, a pen, &/ or a Bible. NONE of those things were present. We WERE able to get a "late checkout" but only until noon, BUT we were NOT ALLOWED to use the pool, in the afternoon, while we waited for our flight which was in the evening...

The first room I had was all the way at the end of the hall and it had fleas in the carpeting. I went down to the front desk and said i wanted a different room, so all the girl said was oh sorry and gave me another room that was in the other tower however still all the way at the end of the hallway. This room was not thoroughly cleaned because there was still a dirty diaper in the bathroom garbage. She did not offer me a upgraded room or any of my money back for this situation. In my opinion very unprofessional.

Check in for Caucasian woman I was treated differently compared to the 3 other people that were ahead of me. Room was basic not the cleanest, checked beds I was very surprised there was no plastic on the mattress. Just needed a place to sleep for the evening.

My stay was not good at all. The place smelled of mold, the elevators were having trouble working. The AC was out in most of the hallways leading to the rooms. Some of the hallways had even construction still going on in them. It looks like the staff just tried to cover up major problems with a nice look when you walk in.
