Good morning, I tell you when I arrived at the hotel the person at the reception had very bad attention he had a face as if he was angry and spoke rudely, now I tell you about the rooms, the smell of the covers and the sheets was as if they were badly dried, the bathtub the water was stuck, the mattresses and pillows are useless the back pain because of the mattress is unbearable

Room smelled terrible asked to be switched but there weren't mods rooms available. I was traveling with teenage boys who even said they wouldn't shower in that tub without shoes. Customer service was horrible.

Staff are awesome. Rooms are dated by the colored brown paint with doors cut to fit. Parking lot is in great condition and parking lot lights allows for secure parking.

Room had musty smell that the staff attempted to cover up with lots of room freshener spray that made it difficult to breathe. For a “deluxe suite” the room was small and a bathroom so small that it was hard to maneuver in. Some staff were very friendly and others were not. Asked for a few extra towels at the front desk and employee seemed irritated with my request.
