Horrible experience

Terrible experience very rude staff once you have a problem that needs to be addressed they become very unhelpful.and they are thief’s cleaning the rooms who pretend they don’t speak English to get out of it. Also they come in your room on you while your In it instead of waiting and they come when your gone . You cannot trust them

Horrible hotel experience

My earrings was stolen from me by one of the house keepers and they pretended they didn’t speak English when I asked and the manager got defensive and did not investigate the situation or confront her about it I will never stay here again my earrings was very valuable to me And I should have called 911to make a report but because I’m of cooor he didn’t feel i deserve that my earrings was a set from Kay jewelry. Also roaches in the room as well as mold in the bathroom and they don’t want to clean it.

Close to the airport

Was a good place to spend the night waiting for someone coming into Jacksonville Airport. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There were roaches in the room that we killed during our stay. The rooms are very loud. It sounds like the people on top of you are jumping up and down. We were in 2 rooms and it was the same issue both times. They wouldn’t hold our bags. I would recommend a different hotel. Plenty of choices close to the airport roach free.

Non-Smoking? #FakeNews

We requested a Non smoking room, room was marked on outside of the door as none smoking. Not only did the room smell like it was freshly smoked, the hallways and many rooms smelled like a weed shop. It’s very clean this hotel DOES NOT enforce their non smoking rules and policies. The weed smell was being sent through the whole hotel A/C system. It’s obvious it was not just a one day event, it was caked on walks, carpets, furniture and linens.

I did not like the breakfast area. It was congested with many in the way of each other causing spills and heated reactions. Also the room could use some cleaning especially the bathroom. The van for transportation as a plus. The arrival of the bus should be coordinated with incoming flights. I was not aware that I had to call the hotel once I am in the area for pickup. It was quite noisy with banging closing doors.Perhaps you can add stops on the doors wherein they are not so noisy when slammed shut.
