We were in traveling for a wedding and were dreading a 5 day stay at any hotel. However, Staff was amazing! The pantry was extremely helpful for traveling for 5 days with small children. Huge shout out to Tiffany at the front desk and Ryan at the bar! Itā€™s great people like them that really make you want to be loyal to a company.

My room only one full size bath towel when I informed the person at the desk at check out she sarcastically said well all you had to do was call down and we wouldā€™ve brought you some more back up as if I was trying to get a discount on the room. I was just trying to inform her of that so I didnā€™t get charged for a towel I did not remove. Main switch to the thermostat was shut off. Had to call down and figure out how to get that to work. Didnā€™t cool room.

The hotel was ok. Thatā€™s all. The only thing I didnā€™t like was the $100 holding fee just to stay at the hotel. If I didnā€™t have it, it wouldā€™ve been a waste. The condition of the room couldā€™ve been better and how clean it was.
