The property was not very well maintained. I was also not checked in at a room for a very long time and spoke with the manager and it was a hassle. I do not recommend this hotel in Jacksonville.

The absolute pits!!!
The room was so outdated and it smelled terrible, it was dark and dank even with the lights on. The room looked like it should have been in a rural area in a scary roadside hotel. I wish I’d stayed long enough to take a picture we went in and out like it had a revolving door.

Putting the no in hospitality
Terrible. The tv didn't work. So i tryed calling to find the phone didn't work. Front desk gave me the phone number to the cable/ phone providers. They did give us another room but the whole thing took an hour. Once at the new room the front desk called to say we would be froced to leave at 7 am. We drove down on date night from sav. We both work six days a week. This is not hospitality.

Day 1 saw a roach in the room. Staff never brought us any kitchen utensils to use. Complimentary breakfast is the bare minimum in complimentary consisting of oatmeal, muffins, and coffee.
