The hotel messed up my reservation. I booked and paid for a queen room but they didn’t have a room when I arrived. They put me in a twin room. The lights in the room were broken and the entire hotel has a musty smell to it. They also had an unexpected parking fee. I would never stay here again.

The room was ok... The location look great from the outside but inside it was beat up, the hallway smells like Curry and chemicals... I call it would not flush properly and was backed up. I also wanted to switch rooms and stay another night but they told me I had to book online and pay another deposit..Avoid this place if you can

Terrible experience, very rude management, did not accepted our booking from 02/03 to 02/05, alleging that there are people that lives in our hotel room, so we need to leave!!! Come to the room to inspect the room while I was still in bed!!! Very disappointed.

It had unexpected fees my air-conditioning not work. My refrigerator did not work if you need anything after 11 there is no staff at the front desk so we had to wait till the next morning to get anything we need.

The room was clean a few little minor things wrong. That being said the staff was excellent. We were there for a family emergency. They were understanding and compassionate, even letting us check in early. Hopefully, we never have to go back for the reason we were there, but if we do will definitely be staying here
