The hotel booking was already paid but one room was showing cancelled due to which we got the room with repair in progress. The parking was free mentioned on the booking, but the hotel charged daily parking for 20 Euro for each car parked in the hotel for 2 days. We had 2 cars which finally charged 80 Euro overall.

The desk staff was so kind and generous. They sent a shuttle bus from the airport for us after the last one left at 11 pm. We arrived at this beautiful hotel well after midnight, needed to leave for our air connection at 6:40. They made us coffee, breakfast, and just were so lovely to us. Thank you!!

Hi, we came two families from London for a wedding party,so we liked the size of the room and the facilities in our room except the kitchen area. Our kettel and coffee machine didn’t work so we called one of your staff ,she brought another one and still didn’t work so she tried in a different socket in a different place then worked and there wasn’t milk to use with our tea as a 5 star hotel it shouldn’t happen, but we still enjoyed and was happy that your staff helped us to do early check in

The room hvac did not work, in the evening the room got extremely hot had to open windows and then listen to roof top units making noise all night. You need to ensure your climate control is actually working not just fan blowing warm air around.
