Weird and lame

Ever wanted to stay on a futuristic cruise ship but you’re on land and the crew is drunk and maybe a little high? Then CitizenM is for you. Tiny rooms, weird layout, everything is controlled by iPad but doesn’t work. At check in, the front desk told us we were getting one of the problem rooms. Wow, thanks! This one is on me for not researching better. There are lots of better options nearby and I regret not staying in one of those.

It’s a 6 minute walk and although you have to come out of the airport and recheck again in the morning to get through security from what the reports are for the other hotels we made a good choice. Really quiet and convenient. Top always ask for a room away from the elevators

Room was comfortable and well sound proofed. This hotel chain really wants you to spend downstairs so you won't even get a glass in your room to use for tap water. Other than that a budget friendly option if you bring your own water and food!

It was so easy getting to the city by sprinter train without having to spend a lot of money on a city hotel. Staff at hotel are exceptional.
