Elevator on 4th floor not working and we were not notified by any staff and had to carry our luggage down the stairs at 530 am. We were told it would be fixed that evening and it wasn’t so very inconvenient for us that early in the morning

Amsterdam has a strange transport system. Although the hotel provided an airport shuttle, but it is the only way one could get around. No buses to the city centre and taxis were expensive. The hotel was fine: staff were friendly and facilities were to my satisfaction.

Hotel was next to airport, had a free shuttle and airport had a direct train to Amsterdam central. Very convenient. Much better price than staying downtown and only 15 min by train. Will stay again. Hotel could use some carpet cleaning and my shower didn’t work well but overall was a very reasonable and clean place with kettle and water bottle and some coffee / tea in the room and mini fridge

The hotel was very nice and very reasonable. The shuttle was convienient and easily accessed at the airport. The room was clean and the best part - the bathroom floor was heated! We did not take part of any of the hotels ammenities other than a comfortable bed and dark out curtains. I would stay here again!
