Room was great for my 13 year old twins, myself and my 68 year old mother. We enjoyed the airplane tour and the pool was great. Some of the front desk staff were nice but some were very rude. I had to argue with them almost everyday about the breakfast buffet. It was included in my booking but I had to wait in line at the front desk every morning and show them the booking to get a voucher because they never added our room or name to the print out that the restaurant staff had. The shuttle bus to the airport was very nice. The driver in the evenings was awesome. I think his name was Dennis. He was very entertaining and personable. Some woman drove her car right into the side of the bus (no way he could have avoided the collision), but he remained calm and made sure everyone was okay. We were really glad to see him back the next day for our final trip back to the airport. We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t rent the bicycles as advertised. Apparently they didn’t have the keys for all the bikes sitting outside. My kids had really been looking forward to exploring the neighborhood on bikes. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
