Presque parfait!

Séjour très agréable tout près du train pour se rendre à Amsterdam facilement. Excellent service avec deux petites ombres au tableau: un des deux ascenseurs plutôt contrariant: portes qui ouvrent toutes seules et ne se ferment pas lorsque qu’on sélectionne les étages. L’aire déjeuner était très occupée et il manquait de vaisselle propre, de nourriture et la cafetière était souvent problématique.

Property is very close to Hoofddorp train station and corporate offices. It is literally 5 mins walk from the Hotel. 15 mins walk to town square. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re visiting Amsterdam.

My daughter had items stolen from her room during our recent stay. The day manager kept insinuating that the items were lost elsewhere. We know that wasn’t the case because we were on guard against pickpockets. You can’t lock up all of your belongings during a hotel stay. Guests trust that, when the room door is locked and you’re away, your belongings will be there when you return. This hotel failed that most basic test and amplified the problem by insinuating that we had lost what we know was stolen.

Close to station. Very poor cleanliness, I even saw cigarette buds in room safety locker. Also they charge to keep the luggage even for few hours which is not the case with other hotels in Amsterdam (as I stayed at least in 15-20 different ones during various trips). Very limited options for breakfast.
