The staff members went above and beyond to accommodate us when we ran into an issue with a service. A very nice stay in a quiet area, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city center.

The only reason I am not giving two or even one star is Ayesha. She was super friendly, very accommodating and professional. Actually all the staff were amazing. But the room was smelling terrible. I could barely sleep because of the smell, also opening the window was not helpful as the smell was super strong. I have got a question from the management and the owners? How much does it cost to renew the carpets? Apart from the disgusting smell, everything was OK. Again I thanks Ayesha and all the staff.
