Easy parking, nice location, walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The apartment requires some renovation and good cleaning. Upon check-in, I was outraged by the vacuum full of dust in the closet and bed linen from the previous guests inside the folding sofa.

The condo was nice and the parking was great. I thought we would had a pull out couch for our other guests but no. We had a blow up mattress that did not hold air. We tried to use the email request form but nothing would be delivered to our room. So if you need anything like toilet paper. Just buy it. Don’t relay on them to bring it to you.

Overall, the property was centrally located (walking distance) to shops, restaurants, Starbucks, beach, etc. However, the unit is in need of some updates. The bed felt like I was lying on bricks, and it seems to be an issue throughout the entire property because another guest asked me about my bed in the elevator. The a/c unit had mold and was not installed properly. Water from the a/c unit leaked all over the lanai daily, so we always had to be careful when going/sitting outside. The maintenance and customer service folks are very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I wouldn’t count this place out if you are looking for a reasonable centrally located place to stay just don’t have high expectations for decor and the luxuries you have grown accustomed to on the mainland. Remember it is a place to stay go outside and enjoy pool, beach, and everything the Ohau has to offer in the surrounding area.
