The resort is an older property but well maintained. Elevator system is not ideal. Waiting for an elevator was the norm. At one point even the escalator was broken. Rooms were clean staff friendly. Parking was expensive but probably in line with other properties.

We had a great stay. The beaches are amazing. The hotel and staff are the best. A lot to do including ukulele lessons, star gazing from the top floor with a big telescope and a top astronomer leading the session all at no cost, hula lessons and lei making. Boogie boards. beach umbrellas and chairs are provided for free as well. Tekis restaurant is on site and wonderful. Great time with a great vibe.

Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few notable issues. The elevators were extremely slow and out of service for half of our visit, which made getting to and from the room frustrating. To access a working elevator, we had to use an escalator to the third floor, but even that was broken for two days. Some of the front desk staff were friendly, but others seemed disengaged and rarely smiled, which didn’t make for the warmest welcome. Aside from that, the hotel was clean and functional. Definitely a basic, no-frills experience.
