## 🚨 **Warning: High Price, Low Quality - A Disappointing Motel Experience** 🚨 **Overall Rating:** 1/5 Stars (Only the view and AC saved it from 0) This hotel charges high-end prices based purely on its **prime location** but delivers a quality of stay comparable to a run-down motel. Do not be fooled; the extensive list of maintenance and cleanliness failures made this an **overwhelmingly uncomfortable** stay. ### Major Failures & Conditions * **Disgusting Cleanliness:** The room was generally dirty upon arrival, but the most alarming issue was the state of the furniture—I believe I found **feces stains on the couch**. Towels and linens felt barely cleaned. * **Severe Bathroom Issues:** The toilet was severely malfunctioning, requiring **five extremely loud flushes** every time. The shower was poor, featuring a soggy curtain, and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. * **Terrible Sleep Quality:** The King bed was utterly uncomfortable. Both sides had **huge, noticeable dents** causing me to roll into the center, preventing a restful night's sleep. * **Overwhelming Noise:** The noise levels, both from inside and outside the hotel, were **overwhelming and overstimulating**. * **Outdated & Unsecure Room:** The roo

ROBBERY. They will rob you! The manager "Jack " verbatim said he would never advise guests how sensitive the smoke detectors are and that it happens often. My husband walked three blocks away from the property to smoke, as we knew that it was no smoking property and we have a 2 year old. We showed proof which can be verified through their cameras and they refuse to return the charge. The management is absolutely worthless. He didn't even know who he front desk staff was the night before. Watch who you walk next to, keep your doors and balconies closed too if you don't want to risk a charge because plenty of people smoke outside and they will not let you know how easy those detectors trigger until they take your money. Absolutely ruined a perfect vacation. Oh! and they have roaches and smelly linen to top it off.

Twin Fin met our needs for our family of 4 for a week in Waikiki. Love how it’s on the beach they had lots of amenities rooms are dated ours didn’t have a counter top in the bathroom it was just a tub, sink, shower but we didn’t spend much time in the room. I’d recommend taking out the carpet as it’s on the beach and houses lots of sand and germs.

We did not try the breakfast but everyone we spoke to raved about it. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and accommodating. If you want a hotel on the beach..this is it!

Our room with a view and lanai was very nice - not fancy but nice. View was perfect and the staff were so friendly and quick to respond to all requests. We rented a car and used their valet service - super fast and easy. The beaches across the street were safe and protected by a wall - great for kids and also easy access for anyone wanting to go past the wall to SUP or surf, snorkeling. The Beach Candy shop had all the items needed for the beach - chairs and umbrella came with our room. The Tiki Grill and Bar was nice - only ate there 1x - it was a bit pricey and honestly I felt like the selections were not the greatest. There are some other great options within walking distance. Location was perfect for anyone wanting to go to the zoo or catch a tour. The Twin Fin has a nice pool but we spent our time at the beach or taking tours and driving around the island. I am already looking for some days to go back to Honolulu and I will book The Twin Fin again!

Too many reason's to mention. Was allegedly smoking (vape particulate detector) went off in our room. None of us smoke or use them, however someone came into the room who smokes and came after their habit. $500 charge for the alarm that supposedly went off. Absolute bs!!! Will never go back there or recommend!!! Stay Away!!!
