Excellent Prime location!! Ocean view rooms with a lanai is the way to go, especially top 25th floor. Use the chairs and umbrellas which are apart of the mandatory resort fee! If you like sitting for an evening drink, the hotels Tiki’s Bar is great! The housekeepers were all AMAZING!

I overall really enjoyed this stay! It was an amazing location, clean rooms, clean property, friendly staff, and good rooms. I would recommend this place as a good budget destination with all the convenience of the higher priced places close by.

Clean roomy space , convenient and outstanding immediate location to beach and all entertainment. Terrible unavailable or expensive parking front loop situation which seemed crowded. Staff was nice but not really invested in any guest satisfaction really, but not rude. Pleasant enough for our family vacation intentions for our first time.

Great location at Waikiki. Close to beach access, the zoo, bus stops and shopping. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the oceanfront view from the lanai! Best place on the 21st for breakfast with a fabulous view of Diamond Head and the beach. Will definitely stay at the Twin Fin in any future trips to Honolulu!

Honest review of the Twin Fin hotel. First and foremost the staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning in our room worked great. The refrigerator was handy to keep some foods cold. The only real problem in the room was the room safe. Maintenance had to replace the door on the safe due to electronics not working properly and they handled it quickly. The restaurant and lounge (not affiliated with the hotel) served good food and woderful drinks at the bar. The pool and pool deck area was clean and inviting. The reasons I didn't give 5 stars is because the hotel is in need of a renovation. It's old and dated and needs to be reworked. An example is in the baths, the tub is old and does not have any non slip devices so when you shower it's very very slippery. Also no handrails in the shower. All in all we had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to staying there again.

Long wait. Almost close to 45 mins in line. At one point only had two agents working the desk. There were people cutting the line with their friends all in separate rooms making the wait even longer. No one stepped up to say anything. There were quite a few of us in line that were upset by this. But will say they offered a discounted upgrade. Also one morning coming down to get coffee cups the agent was very rude out of nowhere. Disappeared and left me hanging there almost 7 mins or so. I was shocked by this treatment as I'm a paying guest and was expecting a great experience here.

The room had a bad paint job i found mold behind the shampoo and conditioner bottles we got turned away from breakfast because no one told us we had to make a reservation even tho there were multiple empty tables elevators were hella slow and $60+ for parking no way
