We always stay here when in Hong Kong. Great dining options & MTR etc all within a walkable distance. However, the wharney deluxe rooms are in need of a massive renovation to be on similar par with the Sky & Earth rooms. Will stay again but in one of the newer rooms for sure

We paid 5 nights on the wrong dates, the hotel refused to refund any amount, to my options they should refund the consumption parts. During our stay we stored one luggage in the lobby for 5 days while we went for our side trip, we have to pay for the storage, I considered the hotel had no service

Clean and friendly hotel set in a great location for transport (both bus and MTR). Quiet at night despite there being a few bars in the vicinity. Particular mention for the check in and housekeeping staff who were always friendly and helpful.
