All OK, except for the snack at dinner time. There was a bottle of water already on the table, which we assumed was there for the taking. However, we ended up being charged 5 pounds for it!! Not impressed.

Great location and friendly staff, great food too

Great service at the front desk and restaurant. We had one of, even possibly THE best ever sticky toffee puddings at the restaurant/bar. Sooo good. The room was clean and current. Bathroom didn’t have hooks to hang towels and shower was open glass, which gets water all over the place unless you are Gumby lol

Good hotel adjacent to local bus stop for Heathrow T2. We booked a standard king room but found out this does not mean king sized bed ie it means a queen sized bed in a standard room. Service overall was friendly and efficient and included buffet breakfast was very good. Would stay here again.

Horrible check in experience

Horrible check in. Took over an hour for them to honor our booking despite me having confirmation on the hotels.com website, app and via email. The whole time they never said they would be able to honor and give us a room. Finally they did after sitting in the lobby for over an hour at the end of a loooong travel day.

This hotel is basically just a place to stay close to the airport for a flight the next day. The club sandwich in the restaurant was worse I ever had, chicken was thin and not fresh, then they added egg salad. Why? The shower was one of those european half open door which I absolutely do not understand why anyone would want that. Sure being half cold in the shower is just so comfortable- please. The shower also filled up with water quickly and if you didn't shower quickly the water looked like it would spill out into the whole bathroom. On the positive side, the bed was pretty comfortable and the staff was friendly at check-in. My advice, find another hotel there's plenty in the area.
