The views where amazing and the placement was perfect for walking and catching transport. The hotel was doing renovations so I wasn't able to sleep in since the noise traveled from the lobby to the 1st floor. The restaurants on the grounds are very convenient and great for last bite to eat before turning in for the evening.

Good for price and location, staff quite unhelpful with the Ryanair style shelf check in’s.

4 night stay was excellent. Overall the staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast staff was hardworking and efficient. Breakfast choices were plentiful and really good and healthy. Loved the cappuccino machine and fresh pastries too. Hotel was quiet at night and bed was comfortable. Room felt a bit cramped and not enough bathroom hooks to hang wet towels. The only negative is the hotel’s location-although it felt safe and was nice and quiet- is a bit far from the nearest tube stop Pimilco and walking to Parliament area is approximately 14-15 minutes away. There are plenty of busstops nearby and we chose this option often, plus it was cheaper than the tube. If you want hustle and bustle then this hotel location is not it. I would recommend this hotel highly if you want clean, quiet, fantastic breakfast, super staff, and safe area and don’t mind walking.
