Wonderful stay. Great location. The staff was exceptional. While it feels like hospitality has gone downhill in some chain hotels we usual stay at, it was awesome ro see how great the hospitality was at this hotel. Thw breakfast staff was phenomenal, friendly and kept things running perfect. Even during a busy time. Loved our stay.

Excellent rooms, very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable with fridge and microwave. No safe in room but that wasn’t an issue. Breakfast is decent - regular continental, nothing over the top. Good location and easy access to GCNP.

The Grand Canyon Hotel was easy to find, park in, and comfortable. Everyone was courteous and the breakfast was delicious. Imelia was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Generally, everything was very good. The staff was nice, the hotel amenities were in good condition, and the location was convenient. However, the breakfast wasn't ideal, as it could be very busy during holidays, and the food selection was also limited.

The hotel building looks old but inside was renovated. Everything works fine. Water pressure was good for shower. The breakfast room was congested around 9AM. But that was covered by friendly staff. Overall the stay was very comfortable. Thank you!

The Grand Canyon Hotel & Suites was a great stay. When weighing the options in Tusayan (roughly 20 minutes to Grand Canyon Village total), I looked for amenities that would actually be useful. For me the free breakfast buffet (with both hot and cold food options) already helped saved us so much from having to buy breakfast everyday. Basic, comfortable, and clean rooms. An elevator was down so the remaining one was crowded at times. Breakfast was definitely crowded (especially towards Thanksgiving) but the staff and especially Imelda was amazing with talking with guests and making everyone feel welcome.
