This is a hotel property in transition and it felt like it. The check-in counter was understaffed at peak hours. The room had an odd, chemical cleaner smell. And I was shocked by the overall price once we checked out. The $20 breakfast bar was deemed "inedible" by my husband, so we sought other options during our stay.

The room was large and spacious and so was the bathroom/shower. However the bathroom door did not have a lock. There was exceptional service from the front desk. They had ice age playing in the indoor pool and upon arrival they had fireplaces going outside and free smores which was the cutest. I am definitely coming back.

Carpet was really dirty. The room was freezing cold toilet paper holder was broken. Dust everywhere. The whole building was really old and everything was getting apart. Front door wasn’t closing properly.

The food at the buffet breakfast, that you paid for was cold. The floors in my room were stained. the heat lamp in my bathroom did not work. The restaurant food was below average and the selection on the menu very limited. Overall, this place did not look like the pictures and was not as upscale as I had expected. The place is old and needs a remodel.

The location is very convenient, however, the rooms and buildings are outdated and aged. There is a lot of noise from the hallways as entry doors slam closed as guests come and go. The shower has zero water pressure. I travel a lot and just didn't see the value for what we paid even though the location was convenient.

The service the front desk was very disappointing. We arrived early and were told our room was not ready, which is understandable. When we arrived it was rainy and cold so I asked the person at the front desk if there was anything we could do while we wait for our room. She responded you can go to the Grand Canyon. Again it was raining and cold. Not a great recommendation. She never once mentioned that the hotel had a game room, a bowling alley and an indoor pool. When we came back at 4:00 pm our scheduled check in time they said our room still wasn’t ready. So instead of a king bed we had to settle for 2 queens. They still never mentioned the amenities at the hotel. We never found out about the amenities until we walked to breakfast. We were checking out the day, so never were able to take advantage. The hotel is very nice but the front desk definitely needs training on hospitality.

What a nice surprise! Everything was super clean and the family greatly enjoyed the huge arcade room with arcades, pool tables and bowling and we enjoyed the lounge and restaurant. Very nice spacious layout and hotel. Very nice and unexpected.
