Excellent Sleep!

It was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The bed seemed hard but was very comfortable. Best of all the pillows. I rarely travel without my feather pillow but I did not need it with the fantastic pillows they have. The cost of the stay was no less than had I registered directly with the hotel.

Room 1207 is Definitely Run Down

The location is good, my conference was there onsite. The room, which I paid extra for to be a corner room was terrible. It was run down, the pillows didn’t smell fresh, and it was just beat to heck. I was disappointed that a name such as Hilton would book out a room in this condition, even through a third party site.

Room was outdated, beds uncomfortable. But it did feel safe and clean which is most important to me. Parking costed additional $35 a night and breakfast was offered at $24.99 each guest which we declined.

Bar hours were limited. Air Conditioning was good. Lots of noises at night coming from refrigerator and other rooms. Good room for a quick corporate stay. location worked well for Universal Studios and concert at Rosebowl.
