The television turned on but only showed "snow", so I went to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work! It took a while via Google to find the right external phone number for the hotel. The engineer came to the room quickly and fixed the t.v. but said the phone could not be fixed until Monday at the earliest.

Room was terrible and wore out. The pool was closed to be fixed. Would never have thought Radison would let they brand/reputation be so poor. Will try to upload pictures. Staff are great and moved us into a room that had been renovated so the review wasn't a 1 star as I had previously intended.
Not closed for cleaning but for major repairs. Management said it was listed on their website but I booked on Orbitz where it wasn't listed closed.
Pool tore out.
The chair in our first room was worse than furniture I've seen left on the side of the road
Other seat also wore out but not quite as bad
