The front desk checking in was unprofessional I felt confrontation like I was beneath her .I can't really call it the room was nice but when I asked for some service for my restroom because I didn't I couldn't hear the fam the treated me like I was stupid ," it works you just can't hear it " but my family can smell and hear me taking a dump? C'mon man okay... So as beautiful and luxurious as it may seem I think I'd get better service for less down the street at Anaheim carriage, at least their fan works and your room won't smell like dung for your family to enjoy with you .

Hotel was great for the price point. Pool was a little chilly, parking was $30 a night and we had to park super far a few times because of parties they had in the event center, and carpets could use some cleaning. Other than that it was a good stay, close to Disneyland, target and food which was super convenient.

I got charged for parking, without informing me. I was said we need deposit fee for damage. But on return they said they are charging for parking. Housekeeping was not done on 9th, even requested in noon. No compensation.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Our room was dirty. The carpet was dirty and had a lot of stains. It was dusty. We are the type of guests who wipes and cleans everything down before touching anything. We sanitize and inspects our beds before lying down. We would stay here again and hoping to get a clean room next time.
