The condition of the room was unhygienic. There was a dying cockroach on the floor and stains on the carpet. The front desk couldn’t care less. They did not apologize or offer to help in anyway. What’s worse they have refused to give me a refund. Expedia has made many attempts to obtain a refund and they can’t be reached. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was very friendly however hallway was really loud 12:30 AM … we were woken up by some noisy tipsy people and could not go back to sleep . I notified the staff at the front desk and they were very apologetic I was unaware that I could have called and reported them in the middle of the night
