I booked this hotel and my check in time was 3 pm, i reached to hotel at 3, the receptionist told me my room is not ready and advised to be seated while it getting ready and they made my room ready by 3:45 pm. We waited there for 45 minutes to check in and very nexr day, we got a call on 10am to check out now even though check out time was 11am. I went down to know why they told me to check out early but the staff was there, her name is jojo was giving us very rude answers. Additionally the key card which was provided to us was not working so we waited more than 30 minutes outside the hotel to just enter into hotel. I used to booked holiday inn everytime when i am travelling but this experience was very disappointed. Never go with holiday inn now.

Had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be cleaned. This is beyond the 3pm check in time. The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was really bad. We waited 1.5 hours for it to show up. But the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and our room was nice.

10/10 Stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful like from the front desk to the cleaner to the transport driver! The room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was decent. And you call room service at any time if you needed anything. The location is pretty central too. It's close to restaurants, banks etc. Airport shuttle service is included and the bus system is pretty reliable to get you from place to place. It was just pretty great. My partner and I would DEFINITELY stay there again if we going that side.

Shuttle driver was excellent, reception was good, the room service was terrible! When we entered the room upon lifting the toilet cove we noticed splashback on the bowl edge. Next morning we asked the service staff to clean the room, she said she wouldn’t do it today but she said she would leave some fresh towels. She never did!

Staff wasn’t super friendly. They don’t have adequate space for luggage storage pre-or post cruise. If you have an excursion planned, and need to storing a luggage. It’s super inconvenient. The pool was closed due to maintenance. It would’ve been nice if they told us that when we came in cruise and we could’ve switched hotels
