I expect a little more when I book something associated with the Hilton. This hotel is simply okay. Served it’s purpose but it is nothing special and extremely old with zero updates. Our toilet and sink both did not work and things just felt dirty. It’s nice being walking distance to the shopping and restaurants. Wouldn’t stay here again

Great place to stay near airport and cruise port

Stayed here for 4 nights before departing on a cruise. Good place to stay as it is not far from the cruise terminal in Ft Lauderdale. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The rooms are spacious and modern. Would recommend staying here.

Staff was very pleasant, room was clean, great location, and appreciated the little market pantry with good items for sale when we arrived in the middle of the night! Very much appreciated 24 hour airport shuttle pickup as well!

The bathrooms floors were dirty. When we went to take showers there was no hot water. The staff acted like they didn't care.

Staff was great. Shopping was close .Transfer from airport (FLL) was not great. We waited almost 2 (two) hour for pick up for a ride that was only 8 minutes away.The person told me after many calls that he never heard of the airline we were travelling on . In the end one female staff sent the driver to the right area. We were compensated with 2 day free breakfast during our stay. Overall a good hotel !

The hot water in the room isn't working and apparently didn't work 2 weeks ago when my parents were here. Also the tv only plays 1 channel and won't change. I will think twice about coming here again especially for the price.
