We waited an hour and 20 minutes for the hotel shuttle at the airport after calling the hotel the day before to make sure we understood the process. At that time I was told that all I needed to do was to call when I arrived at the airport. So I did that and was never informed that there would be that long. When we were waiting we tried calling the hotel multiple times to ask when the driver would show. Nobody answered the phone at the hotel! We called probably 10 times. Finally we revived a text from the driver stating he was ten minutes away. The excuse he gave was traffic but we did not observe any traffic issues arriving to the hotel. When we got to the hotel there were probably 40 people waiting in the small lobby checkin. It was just an uncomfortable situation. We spoke to the front desk about the situation with the shuttle and no one answering the phone and they could have cared less. We did get to check in about an hour early and the room was pretty Basic. The location was not great. I would have preferred being in the Dania Mall complex where the Hilton and Springwood Suites are. The walk to the mall area (to eat lunch and dinner) was not great. Overall I wood not stay here again.

The rooms were clean but the toilet did not work that great in any of the rooms i was in. We rented 2 rooms the 1st stay and 2 rooms on the return trip. We got there at 4:15 and no rooms were available. Had to wait over an hr to get a room. Staff at front desk isabella and jordan were both very friendly and helpful. The pool needs more chairs for people to sit
