The hotel is in great condition, and the surrounding area is culture-rich. Costco and nearby laundromats were nice; but there were not many amenities in the area. Also, the level of the hotel does not grant much privacy, so you are forced to keep curtains closed. All in all, good experience!

first impression

i had requested an early check-in for 1pm (which had been approved). upon arrival (around 2pm) they told me they could not check me in yet, so i needed to wait to 3pm. once i got my room, they had given me a double bed instead of a king like i requested. there were apparently issues with the king rooms, but i wasnt told that until i went back to the lobby. also they did not give me a parking permit at first, so i went out to my car and saw a warning slip that my car could be towed. i had not told them i was parking on the property, but i didnt see anything online about needing a permit for parking, and they also did not ask. i had put my car info into the app prior as well. otherwise my stay was great. very comfortable bedding aswell.

Stained bed linen not changing the bedsheet.

The bed sheet was dirty and has stained on them and when they moved us to a differrent room the toilet was clogged and the aircondition was not working. I am niy recommending this hotel.
