Check in was tough. First an invitation to check in early, then told not available, then said check in was 3pm, actual check in was 5:30pm. And that might have been ok but the staff was indignant about it. Seemed they could care less about the guest experience and wanted the guest to understand that this is just how it is. We asked for a late checkout. Told no. They didn’t have any flexibility for late check out. But then learned we were Expedia Platinum travelers and we have been pre-approved for a late check out and then they said sure, you can have a late check out. But by that time it just felt like they weren’t being honest. 🙃

Rooms were fine but property is spread out in a puzzling array of many buildings. We had 2 rooms & had to add an extra night due to blizzard back home. They made us check out then check in again & switch rooms for our final night. Front desk is always crowded with a line. We wasted so much time in line at front desk. Our room phone never worked, so we always had to go down to reception and wait in line to resolve any issues. Small bathrooms but comfortable beds. Location convenient to lots including Southernmost Point Buoy & Butterfly Conservatory, but won’t stay here again.

No iron or full length mirror in the room I paid $700/ night and room did not feel luxurious at all View of a small parking lot Windows did not lock and honestly I could have broke into room in 2 minutes We were placed in a building 5-20” away from the main hotel without that being made apparent at booking No elevator/lots of stairs TV in room would not turn off- they came and unplugged it Poor water pressure, warmish water- they did come and fix water pressure when I told them about it The safe was not secured to the floor of closet so I could have walked out with it The main pool and beach was nice. They have an entertainment person named Caet and she was great I would not dust here again

We were put at the duval gardens, which is little bit of a walk off property. About 8 minute walk… the duval garden room was ok but the walls are paper thin and the neighbors stayed up late like 2am, so I couldn’t sleep. Pool and beach r nice but not nearly enough loungers, and considering u pay a resort fee it kind of sucked. U had to go early and grab them earlyyyyyy. Location is very nice. This is our second time here and at about $700 average a night it’s not worth it. My husband felt the staff was not very accommodating.

We had a great stay at Southernmost Beach resort. We got a 2 queen bed room for our trip of 4 people for 5 nights. We loved the location of our room, which was on the second resort block, next to South Beach and the resort’s Shores pool/bar. The noise level was a bit high between neighboring rooms/night life, but overall not bad as long as you don’t mind the rooster noises and door slams/talking. As a resort visitor, we got to sit at the umbrella loungers on South beach which was fantastic. I recommend the beach cafes pina coladas to drink on the beach. The only bad side to the pools was they weren’t really heated. Not having a hot tub was a bummer but they said they heat/cool the pools depending on the season. We were there low 70’s but the pools were still really cold and we only swam in them during peak sun hours. The hours of the pools and bars were also miscommunicated to us, so there were a few nights we went to the pool at night expecting the bar to be open for a while longer and they were long closed, with no lights around the pool. Staff was great. They even shuttled us and our bags to our room since it wasn’t in the main hotel block. They texted me updates for events going on every day (which were great looking events, we didn’t attend any unfortunately, besides the music). And they made express checkout super easy with text, since our departing flight was super early in the am. Walk to Mallory square took us about 30 minutes briskly walking. A lovely trip!

We were moved to a wonderful room after the 1st night. First room moldy and off site. Had a few other issues that we're all immediately and nicely done. Perfect location and wonderful facility. All were helpful, too many to remember.

Nice resort near the beach. The staff was very friendly. The check-in process was a little lengthy, but not overly so. 3 pools with bars nearby and daily activities. My particular room was a little smaller than what I am used to, but it was clean. Also, the shower could have been a little warmer, but it was fine. I liked having the coffee bar near my room.

The staff was wonderful except for housekeeping. They did not clean or enter room and were unable to communicate in English, Tjey just did a lot of walking back and forth and leaving their carts out in the hallway unattended. As such I retrieved my own towels coffee etc One simple act of kindness would have gone a long way

The room was fine. A couple of things - the lamp between the beds needs adjusting and the cover over the light of the ceiling fan is missing. The AC and heat were a bit difficult to adjust. It also would be nice to have a guide for the television. The robes are a nice touch. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Loved the brands for the shower and lotion! You should stock them for sale in your lobby! Best part of staying at your hotel was the proximity to all the fun! We would stay with your hotel again and recommend it to friends.
