Staff were friendly in the room was clean, but our day was only OK… We were in room 213 directly around the corner from the elevator on the second floor. That unfortunately meant that every time somebody used the elevator, we heard the motor noise through the wall from the elevator. Also, we were woken up at 4:15 AM by the person above us getting in the shower. The water coming through the pipes in the room above us was quite loud, as well as there was a creaking sound, probably made by the plastic shower insert with the person standing on it above. Overall, I wasn’t super impressed with the amount of noise that we experienced in our hotel room, but otherwise our stay was decent.

Room was not clean at all. Major disrepair. Severely disappointed for the cost of the room. The smell of perfume of some kind was so harsh I had to leave the room several times.

This is our go to property & has always been excellent. When I checked in the room I booked wasn’t available as housekeeping was behind. I needed to be downtown for an engagement, the front desk lady was very accommodating & she actually upgraded my room to make one available so I could get ready & not be late. Excellent service as always
