The property is located downtown Edmonton. It is close to shopping, Rexall place, many restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean but in need of an update. Staff was courteous and helpful.

This is a pretty cool Hotel, definitely dated. If you want to go to the onsite restaurant you need reservations, which was silly because we just got there and had no idea leading up to that ... Everything else was good. Great front desk people.

Very friendly staff and enjoyed our stay while we were there. The only thing that I wish we had in a room was a mini fridge, but other than that everything was very pleasant.

I am still a big fan of this hotel and will stay again. This time the wifi was terrible (had to tether to my phone) and I got a parking ticket even though I paid for parking. They fixed it but it was a hassle having to call, email pictures of the ticket, etc. Just not their greatest day I guess.

We would have liked to have had daily maid service to make the beds. Also the blankets were minimal on the bed and just had a cheap white sheet laid over top of a fleece blanket instead of a duvet or comforter. We also would have like more plug ins for charging devices, adding a surge bar with multiple ports would be appreciated. The staff was very friendly

Everything was average compared to competitors . You shouldn’t have to pay for parking and if you have a hotel in downtown Edmonton you should have quality entertainment on television. It is 2025 not 2000. Staff was polite and greeting was nice. I called before hand and asked about valet which I would have been happy to pay for with tip but was told not with my type of booking. All guests should have access to valet. Just a tip. Not mad just constructive criticism. I’m not sure I’d return without a few updates.
