Poor experience.

Poor experience, the hotel may fool you as looking upscale but it is definitely not. Rooms haven’t been updated since 1990. The blanket’s were awful and bathrooms were dirty

My room on the 17th floor was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with the TV - it probably needs to be replaced since the color was more on the green side, and I ended up listening to the TV instead of watching it.

Great Stay and Great Location

We upgraded our rooms to include the business lounge and were very pleased we did. We enjoyed the Happy Hour as well as the continental breakfast next morning. The location was ideal as we were in town for an Oilers playoff game.

Great hotel for being close to downtown but not being directly downtown. Amenities are limited as there is no pool and breakfast is not included so really it is just a place to sleep. Elevator is really slow. Room was clean and as expected.
