Arrived early to park the car up and go to Edinburgh. The said the room was ready and could check in which was great so managed to drop the bags off in the room. Staff were really friendly, hats of to the staff working the breakfast shift as was so busy. Breakfast offering was great lot of variety. I would advise to avoid arriving lateish (9am) as was so busy, this reflected with having to wait for some items to be made and bought out, as was really busy some products hurried (e.g croissants not fully cooked) and brought out before fully ready. Overall good location and good amenities.

Competent, helpful and efficient front desk staff. Managed to accommodate an early checkin after a morning flight. Good location, a short walk from a shopping plaza. Reasonable breakfast buffet choices. Basic square rooms with not a lot of space or amenities. Only a single chair was present in a family room for 4 occupants. A strong chemical smell was present on initial entry, likely a recent cleanup. The windows were shut solid, so we could not vent the room, had to keep the door open for several hours. The A/C is noisy and inefficient.

The front desk staff were very nice and polite. They gave me the discount code to park in their lot, and it was easy to pay and to use the code online. The bathroom sink was slow draining and I let them know at checkout time. I ate dinner in the restaurant, but was very disappointed that the Chicken Tiki Masala that I ordered literally only gave me 5 little nuggets of chicken. For the seventeen pounds that it cost, the hotel should have at least given a full chicken filet, instead of all rice and bread.

We liked the fact that the bus to the city center was across the street. There was a shopping area within walking distance with a Lidl, for our snacks, etc. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious.

The staff were very accommodating to our requests and questions. Parking was convenient and there was a gas station next door, which made it very convenient. Bus options were at our stop, which we appreciated as well.

The room was lovely and modern if a bit small. No drawers or dresser to unpack your suitcase and very little space to lay your suitcase flat, also no mini fridge in the room. Other than that the breakfast and bar were delicious, transportation right outside the door and a grocery store within a few minutes walk. Staff were always kind and helpful. Shower was nice and no issues with water or pressure.
