The room was clean and sufficient sized for 4 of us. The beds were a bit firm but acceptable. It was near train stations, Konbini and markets.

We stayed here for three nights while skiing in Hakuba. We thought we would try a Japanese room and it was a wonderful experience.
The beds were comfortable, the room had excellent heating, the staff were all AMAZING!
The onsen was beautiful, especially while it was snowing outside. The restaurants were delicious and breakfast was a feast.
We would recommend staying here and wold love to come back and stay again.
