We enjoyed our stay! Great location with plenty of parking. The room was clean, except for some unpleasant smell. That’s the only thing we didn’t like. Otherwise, the beds are so comfortable and shower water pressure is great.

Great hotel. First rate valet service. Incredible restaurant in the hotel. Best location. Attached to the Rideau Centre so you have unlimited shopping options. Next to the market so incredible dining options. Amazing staff. Not sure why you would stay anywhere other than the Westin Ottawa.

The area just around corner of hotel was deplorable. Druggies and Beggers sleeping on sidewalk and stinking the area up in General. Streets filled with trash.

Hotel is old and rundown. Front desk staffs are polite and efficient. Staff at Daly restaurant is very attentive. Comforter is very heavy and worn, when asked if they have something less substantial, housekeeping threw two worn out blankets on the bedside.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Westin. Great staff, nice amenities, connected to the mall with a number of nice stores, dining options and gym. Nice view from the room and a number of touristy sites within the proximity of the hotel.
