Excellent choice for downtown miami

Every staff member was excellent and attentive. The room was a junior suite and it was spacious and had fabulous views. The pool area is lovely and the drinks were nice. Food closing at 7pm throughout the hotel isn’t ideal. And I would have liked a bottle of water in the room. U But small things. The roll top bath was wonderful and me and my little boy had the very best mummy and son time. Would definitely go again

En general estuvo bien. El primer día llegaron a limpiar el cuarto muy tarde. Me habría gustado que el restaurante del hotel abra hasta mas tarde para la cena. Aparte de eso todo muy bien, el cuarto muy cómodo, la zona muy buena para salir a caminar. Volvería a este hotel.

More than expected

It was a great stay. The hotel was very pleasant and the hotel was nice. Very clean and well kept. Our jr suite corner room was very generous in size and well kept. The balcony was a great touch every morning. My favorite was the tub. I used it to soak every morning after taking in the wonderful views from the balcony. The bed could have been softer but I still slept like a baby each night.

Special place, I will definitely come back here again, nice location, posh environment, service is great, a group of professionals who pride themselves in offering the best. Beds are super comfortable, lovely spacious rooms. Breakfast service is better than lots of restaurants. A really elegant hotel. Some other hotels in the area may do well to follow their example-just saying...also really accessible to many places, within walking distance. Top spot and a new favourite!!!

The Grayson hotel is situated in a convenient shopping and walkable area. The area is safe, quiet and nothing to worry about. The gleam and decor of the room is just awesome and so amazing. Great hospitality at the front desk. I would recommend anyone who wants to stay at this comfortable hotel. Definitely choose "The Grayson"

Hotel amazing, Valet parking terrible

The hotel was amazing but the valet parking took over an hour wait to get our car. That was not good since they charged $48 to park!

That if you want some where quiet this is not the place from the all night cars reving motorcycles police and ambulances from the people next to us partying. We got no sleep what soever . The establishment is beautiful and you feel that Miami flair but i would expect that for the money it was wonderful experience until night time
