The pool was not available which was not good. Sounds like it has been closed since COVID. The place needs to be remodeled. Got my final bill and I have a Destination fee of 30.00 each day even though the reservation was paid in full a month and a half ago. We were told we would receive a 10.00 credit if we charged our meal to our room at the restaurant in the hotel. There was not a credit applied to my final bill.

Very nice stay

Hotel was perfect for our night in Boston. Everywhere was nice, clean and new. We were traveling with extended family and were able to get adjoining rooms which the kids appreciated. Would recommend staying here

This was a great place to stay. Staff came by to see if we needed anything. We had an issue with the heating and they immediately sent someone to fix it and called later to make sure everything was good. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely choose this hotel again.
