We checked in at one in the morning after a flight from Mexico. Staff or friendly, however the bedsheets were dirty. They obviously had not been changed and housekeeping simply put the cover over the top. There was a large stain and hairs in the beds. We should have been refunded for the night, we ended up with a 30% discount. I certainly wouldn’t stay there again.

Wasn’t happy this time around. We rolled it at 3am after a much delayed flight in. Checkout is at noon but housekeeping came around knocking at 9:30 looking to see if we had left. At 3AM I forgot to put the do not disturb door hanger, but I feel like 9:30 is a bit early to start looking for checked out guests.

The young lady at the front desk I think her name is Sophie, black young woman was absolutely fantastic!!! Very professional and nice. The hotel itself I didn’t care much for the money I found out there was a parking fee!!! How are you going to charge people to park their car while they’re staying at your hotel?!?
