Well the toilet didnt work from start and thats a vig thing yes very clean than the tv wont stay on a volume just kept gping up and down so frustrating other that its a great place.

The desk closed early and so no service. No housekeeping Friday through Sunday, no ice machine, elevator out of order, no coffee maker in room, no hangers, trash left in hallways.

Building is new but for first time in my life after visiting many hotels locally and overseas that the lobby has operation hours like school 9-5, after hours you see front desk is closed, if you get to hotel "after hours" you have to use kiosk to check in and if you have issue you have to call and wait. There is is sign sayin " smile you're on camera telling you that you shouldn't leave bags or garbage outside ur room otherwise you'll have to pay $25 fine and that there is a grabge can in parking lot you can take your garbage and dump it there, you have to pay in you want more towels or request room service, no coffee in lobby or in rooms and all you have in bathroom is tiny shampoo and tiny soap bar, we ended up buying them from walmart as when you get back to hotel, lobby is closed and no one literally in building (I'm talking about getting to hotel not late), nothin on website or Hotels app mentioned any of those "features "...

It was very noisy in the hallways and adjacent rooms. No staff on site (At least not the time I was there). The bed is very uncomfortable. But overall for the price, it wasnt too bad for my purpose. I came in late night for a wedding. So I was only there from 9pm until checkout the following morning.

Amazing!

Stayed here for Valentine’s Day. Honestly from the outside we were a little worried but going in, it was so nice everything was clean no concerns at all. The pillows were uncomfortable that’s all .

The hotel was on the list for breakfast,false advertisement! The only toiletries you receive is a thin slither of soap & sm tiny shampoo bottle. I am not use to walking on hard, cold lament flooring. The room isn't cleaned if u don't stay more than a week? We asked for a iron then had to carry the iron & board upstairs,as quest @ a hotel!!! Well.. try to save up for a luxurious hotel u deserve it!!
