I went here for my birthday. It was my first time. The room was so pretty and clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely go there again for future events. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is valet only or street parking on Michigan Ave. Valet are efficient and kind but there is limited space to wait for valet which is hectic at check in time or rush hour. A little noisy in the AM due to location but bed was comfortable and convenient later check out time!
