Everything was great except we used our coffee pods when we arrived and could only get decaf for the morning in our room. Also the bar was only open until 10 Sunday night so no chance for a drink after the concert we attended. Minor issues 😊

My room was under the rooftop bar loud music and stomping all night. Manager Tonesha did nothing to accommodate me stated since I booked through a third party they can’t do anything and the hotel is booked so I can’t change rooms I came here to rest the room was expensive and no rest will be had tonight.

The hotel itself is nice, there was no hot water from the shower in our room - and the valet service took an hour and a half to get our car when checking out. So we sat in the lobby waiting.

The room was clean, a bit small but not a big deal. We stayed for a concert on the recommendation of friends and family. The front desk staff is super nice and the security are graceful. The restaurant/lounge would not allow anyone in at 1am with a 2am close time. The valet was horrible with not being able to locate our car with a remote. The wait was too long and I'm annoyed we paid for it. There was no lotion in the dispenser and the water was only lukewarm. I'd only stay again if I don't need to use valet and have time to ensure the room is up to standards for a $300 one night stay.

We had a significantly delayed check in. Check in is at 3p - which was our time of arrival. We were told that our room wasn’t ready but would be available within 10-20min. After 2 hrs and multiple inquiries, we were finally given keys to our room. No compensation was offered for the delay.
