Very quick stay. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. The apartment itself could use a deep cleaning. Floors and baseboards were pretty filthy. However, the bed was clean and no bugs. Good location and for what we needed it was good.

I went in cleaning. I had to go home and get my sheets for the beds, which were not clean. I informed the host who informed me that I should’ve complained upon arrival. What’s surprise by the reviews saying the place was clean I can’t imagine that place was ever clean. I actually should be paid a cleaning fee.

I didnt get check details until I sent a text asking for all the information. Then I recieved the wrong info and walked in on a different apartment at first. I also couldn't get in the building until I asked the host for the code, it was not included in the instructions sent. After I found the correct apartment I had to ask for a door code again. I can say, the host responded pretty quickly so even though it was a hassle, it was resolved quickly. Thebapartment was very cute, but the movie chairs are broken, water damage on the ceiling in the basement, it wasnt very clean, the bedding was yellowed and worn, everything had a managers special paint job. All of the amenities on the listing is true so thats cool and the location was pretty great for where I needed to go. The price was great for the location. The decor is cool.

Pros: well located, spacious, kitchen Cons: inadequately stocked (very few towels, no bath mat, hodgepodge of dishes), not properly cleaned between guests (one bed had dirty and ripped sheets), floors not mopped properly or vacuumed, place smelled ++ like marijuana, can hear Neighbors above head throughout the night, common areas had build up of trash, beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Owner sent someone to clean again after we complained. Overall the price is reflective of what you get. Well priced but at a significant cost.

Good location for Tigers Fans

Overall it was a satisfactory VRBO with great air conditioning for the hot days we were there.The proximity to buses and QLine made downtown very accessible if you didn't have a car.Downside:- so many other residents smoking weed that made the entry way and halls uncomfortable. If you smoke, fine. But others do not and it doesn't not make non-smokers feel welcome. Moreover it would be dangerous for kids.- no sheets on one of the bed and extra linens were not accessible.- only one of the couch recliners worked.- communication with VRBO host was not the best when we experienced difficulties accessing the site.It is a fine place but my party didn't have the best experience.

Great Location!

The property is nice, and conveniently located with many restaurants within walking distance as well as The Majestic Theater venue. The apartment complex itself does smell of marijuana a bit, but it’s not offensive or strong. The apartment itself smells fine. We all enjoyed our stay and would return for future trips!

Don’t believe this listing!

We were greeted with a building that smelled like a grow house…this explained the 9 scented plug-in’s in the property. The fake scented plug-in’s caused coughing allergies and two bloody noses. There were literally only three towels in the property. No hand towels and there were four of us. The property was filthy to an unacceptable level AND there was only one sheet on the beds. The appliances looked disgusting, the walls are all scratched up and it was literally the worst rental experience ever. We got locked out of the building and the owner didn’t pick up the phone at 10 am or respond to texts so we literally waited on the street so we could follow someone in. Please do not stay here!
